I am Doug Noonan. I worked as a zookeeper for 34 years before retiring in 2017. I was also the director emeritus of the Zoo and Aquarium, meaning I was responsible for all the animals in both zoos. I'm currently 34 years old.
Even though I'm retired, I still love working with animals. In fact, one of my favorite things to do is volunteer at the zoo and help take care of the animals there. It's amazing to see how much they've grown and changed over the years, and it's always a joy to work with them.
